Cleary when I purchased this phone, I paid extra money then it’s getting shipped from FRANCE, and the estimated receiving somewhere in 2 weeks. According to the options that I’ve selected.
That’s not what just happened.
In reality, the seller lied to me and the parcel came from the HongKong (not FRANCE what they promised), and it fucked me over because I had to pay extra for customs declaration. I got the parcel in a month, not in the in 2 weeks.
Ominy Market logistics information got bugged out, so I had to check the tracking code and check the other website to track my order.
The seller’s support, in the beginning, was odd. They act like they didn’t know anything but in the end, they gave me good advice to deal with the package problem.
