Did order 17 May 2022. Seller wrote that in a couple of days that currently there is no phone. suggested me to wait I agreed. As a result of a week later he sent me the track number. But the track number is not monitored. I canceled the order and opened a dispute. dispute won. But the money to me now returned to me. As paying with card Savings Bank. As a result no phone and no money. My opinion is that the seller specifically creates conditions to a dispute, but money is still not returned.
