There is not enough wrist action, kinetic energy, while wearing the watch
3. Use your watch at least 8 hours a day to maximize the energy reserve
4. If the watch is not used for a prolonged period of time, roll up again by moving the watch and force for 30 seconds to start the energy process
5. It is recommended to repeat steps 2-4 each night before removing the watch during the first week after purchase
6. Use your watch every day or every couple of days to adjust the exact time

Nice watch, it’s the 2 th of this model that I ordered, this time with the blue dial and the rest in black. She is intended as a gift for my young son who cracked seeing the 1 ère that she has the black dial. For the rest this watch with mechanical/automatic double swirl movement works perfectly, it even supports swimming thanks to its pressure resistance of 5Bar/50m. A nice purchase in blue as in black and for a very reasonable price.

Two points of attention to future buyers are: 1) if it get out arm, in 1 day it loses the movement (due to its mechanism) and 2) for people with big pulse, the watch band is small. Otherwise, the material quality is good, a very beautiful watch.
