Anyone from any part of the world can view your products and services and order them. Products and services are manually approved to prevent spam.
How do we process orders
We do not own any inventory listed here, they are all community listed and powered. We only work behind the scenes to maintain quality products and services while maintaining our systems and fighting spam and fraud.
Products that are tagged “Fulfilled by ominy market” are processed and Fulfilled by us from inventories round the globe.
How does selling work
Vendors or sellers sign up, design and out together their shop, set up how they want things to work on their shop and products. Their products are approved or rejected. Once their products or services are approved they appear on our products page and are visible to every body. Vendors are given a full customisable shop immediately they sign up and have the details, stats and settings of their shop at their disposal.
When they are ready to withdraw their earnings, they apply for withdrawal with the necessary information and their payments are transferred to their local bank accounts as soon as possible. withdrawal requests are processed manually to prevent fraud from the side of our vendors.
Money made from sales have a maturity date before they can be withdrawn. This is done not just to fraustrate scammers, but to give space for refund requests. These requests are processed using our refund policy
How does buying work
Buyers order their desired products or services, receipts are then processed and sent to them. Afterwards, sellers receive the orders from their own end and contact the customer for product fuffilment. Buyers are required to provide a print out of their receipts.
Before a product is delivered, buyers will have to provide a printed receipt of the order, then sign with the seller or send their signatries incase there is no physical contact with the seller as a prove of identity and as a fraud precautionery measure. Sellers might need these details to withdraw their earnings.
Please note that sometimes it might be necessary that you send in these details first. Situations where by the sellers need your funds to begin the processing of your product or service, you might have to send in these details so that your vendor can withdraw those funds and process your item. Please note that you also do that at your own risk, so please read the product details of the product you want to purchase before making an order.
To reduce the situation of purchasing products that are different from the ones promoted, buyers can insist on purchasing only from sellers who have demo videos of their products or could send a message to the vendor to let them know that they will love to see a demo video.

What payment methods are available
Customers can make payments through their credit card, payoneer and their Ominy Market wallet.

Can i request for a refund
To request a refund please contact your vendor. Pay close attention to the refund policy of your vendor. We only process refunds on very special cases which include but is not limited to policy violations or fraud from our vendors. Every other refund request should be processed by your vendor. Please note that we reserve the rights to reject a refund request if if they fail to meet our criteria.
Please also note that your eligibility for refunds are nullified the moment we confirm the execution of an order and have issued payments to the vendor. Every other refund request will have to be processed by your vendor. Please note that we can’t approve a refund if the vendor has been paid for that purchase, unfortunately, if by chance there was a case of fraud or policy violation, the only thing we will be able to do is to penalise the vendor.
