    To arrive in Brazil was fast But had the misfortune to not receive the product because it is stopped in monitoring makes 3 months and yet these people bad character Ominy Market not want do the refund my money. I turn in office and they speak have wait and they can not contact with customs inspection… Already waited over 90 days and still do not want the refund.
    If someone knows also help me thank talking what have to solve this physical occurrence… Been + 3 months and never changes this information office. Worst purchase that ever made.

    Unfortunately the product arrived in Brazilian customs and caught not liberavam fee payment nor gave back the cell to the seller Then passed the 90 days and requested the cancellation and reversal as well, the Ominy Market not complied with consumer protection that says if not receive the product in 90 days, you get the money back, Claiming that the device was already in my country and that was my must solve with customs to receive the cell… Am outraged because not received the 12x mobile device and now have to pay…

    The product is stuck in customs because the seller declared the product as used and worth 40usd. Obviously, customs opened the package, check that the declaration didnt match with the package content and confiscated the product.
    Now Ominy Market dont want to refund the money when Its a obvious mistake from the seller. Ive sent all the files supporting my case and still refuse it and keep asking more and more documents, like, what else do you need? Cant you read the declaration made by the seller?
