The wig is really soft, no tangling and minimal shedding. Looked great right out of the bag, i washed and conditioned it anyway and it only got softer. Came with a wig cap, pair of lashes and headband. The headband itself is silk so it does not pull at your edges. Would def recommend and buy again.
