    Flexible but strong base and handle/strap. The ‘beads’ on the end of each filament make it soft against the dog’s skin. The brush works perfectly right through the layers of my dog’s coat, and very effectively ‘combs’ the long hair on his leg, ears and tail. I am very pleased with it and will order for friends!
