    WORST SERVICE EVER!

    I was very specific with my order! I provided Colour samples which they did from a previous order!

    I received two very different colour banners that was not EVEN remotely close to what I ordered for my business branding.

    Added to this, both cross bases came damaged, parts missing from both bases and cannot be used.

    I wanted to send the banners back to obtain a refund. Seller would send me the return forms to send them back saying return postage was too expensive.

    I lodged a dispute and received a pitiful refund one third of what I paid.

    I am now out of pocket for two banners and two cross bases that have now gone in the bin.

    Very shameful service and way to treat a returning Customer.

    Very disappointed. Foremost masts standards are not the same there and in France, the clap the flag is useless.
    Then the color requested is not the same as that evening.
    The seller and Ali express don nothing wanted to know then it’s going to me cost money to modify the flag. In summarizing I n’achèterai addition to this seller.
