The request was made days 21/02/2022 and was markup as delivery in 10 days s as shown in the attached photo. I arrived the days 06/05/2022, almost three months later. I understand it may delay a few days, or even weeks, But almost three months… Les wrote to tell them the situation and as they cared very little, open a dispute I said, and opened it with little success as they had to wait for the three months, although they had already spent two months and in the ad appear delivery in 10 days. Creo that if you pay for a service delivery in 10 days, because you pay at the cost of the item (not free), creo that don’t have to wait three months to make some action. Is my opinion.
