    unfortunately it is too big for my dog. he is exactly 26″ so I didn’t know if I should order m or L. m says up to 26″ large says starting at 26″. I went with large,and sized it as small as it would go, and it’s too big. I wish I would have ordered a size down but as it was right on the line for the size i didn’t know if it would be to small if I ordered M 🙃 it is BEAUTIFUL the material is amazing the color is gorgeous. the stitching is perfect. i would order if you have a dog that is a more definite size. I’m not blaming the seller.
